Overview
Youâve cared for other people, now itâs time to work somewhere that cares for you too!
Our visits are never rushed because we know the best care happens when thereâs time to laugh, listen, and simply be there. With minimum one-hour visits, regular clients, and full support from a team thatâs always just a call away, youâll have the freedom and confidence to deliver care thatâs genuinely person-centred.

What You Can Expect
Pay: ÂŁ12.60 per care hour + ÂŁ12.21 travel time + ÂŁ0.35 mileage
â Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availability
Contract: Zero hours
Schedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays)
Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00
Location: Field-based â youâll travel to and from clientsâ homes in Swansea and Neath
Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)
