Overview

You’ve cared for other people, now it’s time to work somewhere that cares for you too!

Our visits are never rushed because we know the best care happens when there’s time to laugh, listen, and simply be there. With minimum one-hour visits, regular clients, and full support from a team that’s always just a call away, you’ll have the freedom and confidence to deliver care that’s genuinely person-centred.

That’s care the way it should be — unrushed, personal, and meaningful.

What You Can Expect

Pay: ÂŁ12.60 per care hour + ÂŁ12.21 travel time + ÂŁ0.35 mileage
⌛ Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availability
Contract: Zero hours
Schedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays)
Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00
Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea and Neath
Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)
