Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
For Night Care Assistant, we are seeking Care Professionals to sleep at clients' homes, providing reassurance during the night to help them remain in their own homes, the place they cherish most. For the walking night role, Care Professionals may be called upon a few times to support clients with duties such as, but not limited to:
- Help in and out of bed
- Companionship
- Medication administration
- Personal care such as toileting or helping to dress
Generally, night shifts start at 10pm and finish at 8am. This may be slightly altered to suit clients' needs.
