Night Care Assistant

We are recruiting for a Care Professional to join our team working four waking nights per week.

Our client lives in Collingham and experience in care is required for this role.

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of care services for older people in their own home. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and carefully matched clients to the Care Professionals, based on their interests and care needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reflect the core values of Home Instead franchise
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff

• Caring and confident enough to provide personal care as well as companionship.
• Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
• Good listener, communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner
• You must have previous experience working in a care setting

This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
