Care Assistant – Make a Real Difference in Newport

Location: Newport & Surrounding Areas (including Chepstow, Caldicot & Cwmbran)

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour

Must be available to work every other weekend.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal care in a respectful, dignified way
  • Supporting mobility and using equipment such as hoists or walking aids
  • Preparing meals and snacks that meet dietary needs and preferences
  • Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
  • Offering companionship, emotional reassurance, and friendly conversation
  • Communicating with the office and care team to ensure excellent support
