At Home Instead, we provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We’re looking for a Networker to join our team and strengthen our local presence in East Cheshire and Leek & Moorlands.
What you’ll do:
- Build Relationships: Forge strong, lasting connections with local GPs, healthcare providers, community leaders, social workers, local businesses, and other key stakeholders to promote Home Instead’s services.
- Create Opportunities: Identify opportunities through networking to deliver our care services and contribute to improving lives within the community.
- Community Outreach: Plan and deliver promotional activities both in person and online. This includes attending local fairs and other community-focused outreach efforts to raise awareness of Home Instead’s services.
- Digital Engagement: Manage and coordinate content for social media, ensuring it is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with Home Instead’s messaging.
- Track Performance: Monitor and analyse your outreach efforts to ensure you meet agreed targets and adjust strategies as needed to optimise engagement and awareness.

What else do I need to know?
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. You can be based at our office in Chelford or Leek. Some out of hours working may be required e.g. for an event. You'll travel on a regular basis, so you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle. We are offering a salary of £27,000 plus a bonus structure. This role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and references.
