We have a NEW increased evening rate of £14.50 per hour to offer, so whether you’ve worked in care before or you’re completely new to it, we’ll give you all the training and ongoing support you need to thrive.

What you’ll need to join us:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • The ability to work every other weekend.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • An eagerness to develop the skills needed to provide professional, compassionate care.

What you’ll do:

  • Being a friendly companion with a warm smile and listening ear.
  • Offering respectful support with personal care routines.
  • Preparing a homely meal and creating a cosy evening wind-down routine.
  • Bringing joy, reassurance, safety, and confidence to someone’s evening.
