Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates –£13.80 Per hour weekdays/£14.90 Per hour weekends
- Types of hours available – Part time&Guaranteed contract.
- Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
- Welcome bonus –£100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed
- Employee referral bonus programme- £200 bonus paid if you refer and friend or family member and they start
- Mileage and travel time-Up to 45p per mile

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a care professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

No qualifications are required, we are looking for natural caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to peoples lives!
Additional Information
We’re looking for Care Professionals who have access to reliable transportation and full driving license as some of our clients require accompanying to Doctor\’s visits and can live more remotely.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK. We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.
