Are you able to travel to visit clients in their own homes to carry out a variety of duties including personal care, administering medication, and companionship? Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients' personality, interests, and needs. You will help to enrich the lives of our amazing clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. You will be providing a range of services from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client. Home Instead has a minimum of one-hour visits, meaning that our CAREGivers are not rushed. You have the time to provide the best person-centered care for your clients.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver; you will receive industry-leading training. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
You must be happy to follow company guidelines in line with COVID-19 and safe PPE practices. This role is best suited for someone looking for part-time work and able to commit to regular hours.
