Are you looking for a rewarding role that\’s local, flexible, and truly makes a difference?
Join Home Instead Lincoln and support older people in your community to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
We are currently recruiting for a companionship-based client located in Horncastle, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 2 PM daily. The role is initially tempory but could turn to a permanent positon.
Pay & Perks
- ÂŁ12.75per hour ÂŁ25.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

What You\’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the client with everyday tasks and offer friendly companionship.
Typical duties include
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing meals and helping with light housework

- Supporting with errands, appointments, or shopping
