Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications
For this role, having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for visiting our clients and assisting them in getting out and about in our community.
Full Training will be Provided
