Job Description
We are looking to recruit evening Care Professionals working 4pm – 9pm in the PL8, PL9, PL21 and TQ10 areas. Driving licence essential due to the nature of the role.

You will help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Companionship and wellbeing support
- Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
- Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
- Help with washing, dressing or bathing

Qualifications
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
