Shift patterns will consist of Morning shifts 07:00am-14:15pm and/or Late shifts 16:00pm-22:00pm. You will be required to work Alternative weekends and one late shift of 18:30pm-22:00pm if working a morning shift pattern.

Job Description
As a carer for our clients, you will support with the following:
- Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as companionship and home help
- Assisting clients with a variety of personal support
- Support them to travel to routine appointments and days out
- Prompt/support them to take their medication(s)
- Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider family
- Document when you have completed your tasks
- Provide feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred care

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
