Home Instead Bromley are looking to grow our team of incredible Care Professionals in 2026. As an Outstanding rated Home Care provider, our wonderful client base is ever growing and we are looking for naturally kind, caring, empathetic people to train with us to become outstanding Home Care Assistants within our wonderful team.
Whether you’re looking for a full time role, or a part time role which allows you to work hours around other commitments, then a Home Care Assistant role with Home Instead could be the perfect new career opportunity for you. You don’t even require experience as we will support you with all the training you’ll need!

There is no upper age limit for applications and becoming a Care Professional could be perfect for you. We have roles available in the Bromley, Orpington, West Wickham, Hayes, Shortlands, Beckenham, Keston, Chislehurst, Bickley, Farnborough and surrounding areas of the London Borough of Bromley.
Home Instead provide high quality, person-centred care to enable our clients to live as fully, safely and independently as possible at home.
Qualifications
No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new Care Professionals and will be refreshed throughout your career with us. We carefully match our clients and Care Professionals based on similar hobbies and interests. All of our calls are a minimum of 60 minutes so you will have time to deliver excellent standard of care and have time to enjoy getting to know your clients.
Really importantly, Home Instead is the only Home Care company in the borough of Bromley who have been awarded 'Outstanding' by CQC. We pride ourselves with the quality of care we provide to our wonderful clients and the training and support we provide our lovely Care Professionals.

Pay: £125 per day (single client) £150 per day (couple) - £50 food allowance
