We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants for clients in Bristol, Portishead, Nailsea and surrounding areas. This role is a zero hour contract, designed to be flexible.

Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them to live happily, safely, and independently. Your role will include:
- Companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping assistance
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Personal care (bathing, showering, dressing, grooming)
What We’re Looking For
- Kind, compassionate, and reliable
- Driver with access to your own transport (car or motorcycle) — essential
- Available to work every or alternate weekends
- Experience in care welcome but not essential — full training provided
- Right to work in the UK
