We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our friendly Care Assistant team out in the community providing home visits. The role offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time availability.

Care Assistant Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients remain independent within the comfort of their own homes
  • Provide personal care, such as supporting clients with bathing/showering or dressing
  • Help clients to stay on top of their medication
  • Work in a warm and welcoming manner to provide companionship
  • Help around the home with light household tasks such as ironing or cleaning
  • Being community-based, the role requires travel between clients. The main areas we cover are Thame, Aylesbury, and Leighton Buzzard, alongside the surrounding villages.
Qualifications

No specific qualifications or experience are required for this role! We would love to hear about any transferable skills which you have. Our Care Assistant team is made up of individuals from an array of different experience levels, brought together by a shared passion to provide person-centred, high-quality care. As a Care Assistant, you will receive thorough onboarding alongside industry-leading training, and excellent support.
