We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Carer to join our team in Broadstairs, United Kingdom. This can vary from sleeping nights and waking nights. As a Night Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and care to our clients during nighttime hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Offer support and reassurance to clients throughout the night
- Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and changing
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
