We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, specialising in waking and sleeping night shifts.
This crucial role involves providing dedicated support and companionship to our clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well‑being.
You will be a vital presence, offering peace of mind to clients and their families, enabling them to remain in the familiar surroundings of their home.

Responsibilities
- Provide discreet personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, and continence care, as required.
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance, responding to client needs throughout the night.
- Assist with medication reminders, ensuring clients take prescribed medication at appropriate times.
- Undertake light household duties, such as preparing a morning drink or snack, to ensure a comfortable start to the day.
- Monitor client well‑being, documenting any changes or concerns and reporting them promptly.
- Ensure the client's environment remains safe and secure throughout the night.
- Provide attentive care during waking night shifts, where continuous support is required.
- Be on hand for sleeping night shifts, offering reassurance and assistance if the client wakes and requires support.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- The ability to work independently and remain calm and resourceful during night hours.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between clients.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undertake night shifts (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
- Previous experience in a care setting, particularly with older adults or individuals with varying needs.
- An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards one.
- Excellent rate of pay ranging from £100 – £125 per night, acknowledging the importance of night‑time support.
- Mileage paid at 30p – 55p per mile, covering travel costs between clients.
