Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington is looking for an HR Officer to join our friendly team.

Based in our offices in West Wickham, the role is full-time (38 hours per week) and involves supporting and developing people, managing HR processes and staying up to date with legislation.

You will handle return-to-work, exit interviews, data monitoring, training delivery, supervisions and field-based spot checks, with a strong emphasis on organisation and resilience.
