About This Role

People Experience Lead

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Office Based | Chertsey

We're looking for an exceptional people leader to join our friendly team at Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the entire Care Professional journey—from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement and retention. The Role

As our People Experience Lead, you'll ensure we always have enough exceptional Care Professionals to deliver outstanding care to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Care Professional recruitment and interviews
  • Managing onboarding, inductions and probation
  • Coordinating training and ongoing development
  • Driving employee engagement and recognition
  • Organising Care Professional meetings and events
  • Maintaining compliance with employment and training records
  • Monitoring workforce capacity and recruitment pipelines
  • Supporting managers to maintain high performance and strong culture
  • On Call 1 night per week and 1 weekend in four

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualifications

  • An experienced recruiter, HR professional or people manager
  • Passionate about developing and supporting others
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive, positive and able to use their own initiative
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Experience within health or social care would be an advantage but isn't essential.
