Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily routines, shopping and meal preparation.
- Prompt with medication and socialise with clients.
- Assist with personal care, washing, and dressing.
- Help clients access community services.
- Provide support across Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham.
- If transport is required, operate your own car; mileage will be covered between visits.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a care assistant is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for assisting others and a willingness to learn are essential.
Career progression opportunities include Senior Care Assistant, Care Mentor, office roles such as Client Services Manager, Compliance Manager, and Supervisor.
