Our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator role recruits, hires and manages our caregiving workforce. Job Responsibilities Recruiting: Initiate relationships to drive applicants, attend networking events, conduct ongoing field visits with recruitment sources, attend job fairs and expos Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training Ongoing retention efforts, reviews, disciplinary actions and planning/executing celebratory events Qualifications Excellent communication skills Computer knowledge Superb organization skills Outgoing personality who thrives on in-person interaction MUST be a team player! This position would be primarily based in Peabody, MA with travel in the area and weekly travel to N. Andover, MA.
