We’re now looking for a Clinical Lead / Registered Nurse to join our nurse-led leadership team, working alongside both our Registered Manager and Head of Care, who are experienced Nurses. This Clinical Lead role is a community-based leadership position, designed for a Registered Nurse who wants to move beyond traditional settings into a more relational, person-centred model of care.
This role will suit:
- A Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience (ideally Band 6 level or equivalent)
- Nurses with meaningful exposure to dementia and/or complex care
- A Clinical Lead or aspiring Clinical Lead confident in clinical decision-making and risk management
- Nurses who value relationship-led, person-centred care
- A Registered Nurse looking to step into a more community-based, leadership-focused role
To be successful as a Clinical Lead / Registered Nurse, you will need:
- Active NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Strong UK-based experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience supporting people with dementia and/or complex care needs
- Confidence working autonomously and supporting care teams and families
- Ability to work in a community-based role across West London
The Clinical Lead role:
- Provide clinical oversight (dementia and complex care)
- Support and develop care professionals and office team
- Act as a senior Registered Nurse within the service
- Support families in more complex situations
- Drive quality, governance, and best practice
- Contribute to service development and growth
This is a hands-on Clinical Lead role, split between our Chiswick office and client visits in the community.
