Home Instead Chiswick is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager / Care Manager to join our CQC Outstanding rated domiciliary care service in West London and help lead the next stage of its development. This is not a replacement role. As our service continues to grow, we are strengthening our leadership structure and looking for a capable operational leader who can help guide the next stage of development.
You will initially work closely with our Director and senior leadership team, with the opportunity to progress into CQC registration in the future once fully embedded within the service. Our Chiswick office is an Outstanding-rated service with an established reputation, a strong private client base, and a well-developed infrastructure including a 16-person office team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, high-quality service and help shape its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the operational leadership of a well established domiciliary care service
- Ensure the service continues to meet and exceed CQC standards
- Lead, support, and develop a team of care professionals and office staff, ensuring strong operational performance and service quality.
- Oversee care planning, service reviews, and quality assurance processes
- Manage safeguarding, complaints, and investigations where required
- Work closely with the Director and senior leadership team on service development
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Are currently a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
- Have strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection standards
- Have experience managing care teams and operational service delivery
- Hold Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care or are currently working towards it
- Have a clinical or nursing background (desirable but not essential)
- Holds a full UK driving license and has access to a vehicle
