Home & Industrial Heating Services Limited (H&I) is a trusted provider of design, installation, and maintenance services for HVAC systems in the South of England. We are based in Eastleigh. Our team has decades of experience and is dedicated to providing efficient and professional service.

We are looking for a dedicated, self‑motivated AC service and maintenance engineer with in‑depth knowledge of Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Samsung split and VRF systems. This is a full‑time role based in the South of England.

Responsibilities include:

  • Routine maintenance and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems of various types and manufacturers.
  • Constant communication with the office and the service manager, who will programme and issue your workload.
  • Completing daily tasks and site attendances independently.
  • Diagnosing equipment faults, performing routine inspections, and providing technical advice to clients as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience and expertise in HVAC and Air Conditioning system install, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experienced in diagnosing faults and repairing mechanical issues to ensure efficient system performance.
  • Experience of Air‑to‑Water ASHP maintenance and servicing would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong familiarity with safety regulations and industry codes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be self‑reliant, independent and able to work on your own.
  • Computer, laptop and tablet proficient.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
  • A current F‑Gas category one certificate essential and previous manufacturer training.
  • NVQ level 2 in AC.

The Package:

  • Up to £50k salary (DOE).
  • 40 hours per week, guaranteed (5 days out of 7).
  • Door‑to‑door pay (key to key).
  • Company van + fuel card (Van to be parked at home overnight/weekends).
  • Company laptop and tablet provided.
  • Ongoing manufacturers and certification training provided.
