We are actively looking for a high‑calibre multi‑trade professional who can think on their feet, solve problems properly, and deliver bathroom installations to an excellent standard — not just “good enough”. This role is not for someone chasing day rates or cutting corners. The Role
- You will be responsible for full bathroom installations and associated multi‑trade works, including:
- Strip‑out and preparation
- Plumbing alterations and sanitaryware installation
- Wall and floor tiling to a high standard
- Basic carpentry, plastering and finishing works
- Problem‑solving on site without needing constant supervision
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers throughout the job
You will be trusted to work independently, represent the brand on site, and deliver work you would be proud to put your name to.

- Is a genuinely skilled multi‑trade worker, with strong bathroom installation and plumbing experience

Pay & Benefits
- Basic salary: 42-46,000 per year
- Performance bonus: 500 for every genuine 5‑star customer review
- On‑target earnings: 52,000+ per year
- Own van and tools preferred but can be provided if required.
Working Hours & Conditions
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Overtime: Occasional, paid where applicable
- Holidays: 28 days paid holiday per year in line with UK statutory entitlement
- Sick Pay: Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) as a minimum, with flexibility for long‑term, reliable team members
