We are seeking an exceptional freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to join The Gym team at Home House. This is a rare opportunity to work within one of London’s most prestigious and intimate fitness environments, teaching a highly engaged membership and building a private clientele with full studio access.

Contract Type: Freelance / Self-Employed

Schedule: Weekly small group bespoke classes (fixed timetable)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years teaching Reformer Pilates

1-to-1 Potential: Build your own private client base within the club

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly small group bespoke Reformer Pilates classes to Home House members
  • Design and tailor class programmes to the specific needs and abilities of each group
  • Uphold the highest standards of instruction, safety, and professionalism at all times
  • Provide a refined, attentive, and motivating experience befitting the Home House environment
  • Maintain clear communication with the Gym management team regarding scheduling and member feedback
  • Develop and manage your own 1-to-1 private client practice within the club

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching Reformer Pilates is essential
  • Recognised qualification in Pilates — STOTT, BASI, Body Control Pilates or equivalent
  • Public liability insurance (self-arranged as a freelance professional)
  • Confident, articulate, and at ease within a luxury private members’ club setting
  • Meticulous attention to the individual needs of clients; a truly bespoke approach
  • Reliable and punctual
