About the role

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who loves being where the action is: visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the House when it comes alive.

Someone who knows that exceptional hospitality is about more than getting the basics right.

It’s about knowing our Members, creating meaningful moments, spotting the details others miss and inspiring a team to deliver service that feels effortless, personal and unmistakably Home House.

You’ll lead our F&B operation across Cedric’s Bar, The Restaurant, The Drawing Rooms, The Garden, House 21 and Private Events, bringing energy, personality and high standards to every space.

Why join us?

At Home House, we’re intentionally different. We’re not your usual Members Club, and we don’t want to deliver usual hospitality.

You’ll be part of a leadership team that cares about its people, enjoys what it does and takes pride in creating experiences that surprise, delight and keep our Members coming back.

Here’s what you can expect

Be at the heart of the House

This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend plenty of time on the floor, getting to know our Members, supporting your teams and bringing each of our spaces to life.

We want you right in the middle of the action.

Lead a team that loves hospitality

You’ll inspire, coach and develop a diverse F&B team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and motivated to deliver their best.

You’ll be the kind of leader who leads from the front and brings people with you.

Make the experience unforgettable

From a perfectly timed recommendation to knowing exactly what a regular Member likes, you’ll champion thoughtful, five-star service that feels natural rather than scripted.

You’ll encourage the team to create those little moments that make a big difference.

Bring your commerciality

Great hospitality and great business go hand in hand.

You’ll take ownership of budgets, GP, payroll, stock and revenue, while spotting opportunities to grow the business and make sure our F&B offering continues to stand out from the crowd.

Shape what’s next

You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef, Bars Manager, Head Sommelier and wider leadership team to develop menus, ideas and experiences that keep Home House at the forefront of the sector.

Keep raising the bar

We’re big on getting the basics right and then making them better.

You’ll champion our Steps of Service and SOPs, drive consistency across the House and use feedback, insight and your own experience to continually improve how we do things.

Room for personality

We’re seriously fun, and we mean it.

Home House has character, energy and a little bit of the unexpected.

We want a leader who brings their own personality, enjoys being around people and knows that work is better when the team is having fun too.

  • What we’re looking for
  • A confident, hands-on F&B leader who genuinely loves being on the floor.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume, high-standard hospitality operations.
  • A natural people leader who knows how to inspire, develop and bring out the best in a team.
  • Someone who understands exceptional service and knows how to make it feel personal.
  • Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of budgets, GP, payroll, stock and revenue.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with Members, guests and colleagues.
  • Someone who is curious, proactive and always looking for ways to make things better.
  • A leader who is respectfully kind, seriously fun, intentionally different and clearly connected .

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, performance-based bonus and pension.
  • Private health insurance and

Employee Assistance support.

  • Training, development and opportunities to grow your career.
  • Complimentary meals on duty.
  • Uniform allowance.
  • 50% taxi contribution for late-night shifts.
  • Access to Stream pay support.
  • Cycle2Work and Cycle Saver.
  • Gym and retail discounts.
  • In-House experiences at Home

House and Home House Studio.

  • Team socials, celebrations and plenty of seriously fun moments.
  • The opportunity to work in one of London’s most distinctive private members’ clubs.

If you’re the kind of F&B leader who wants to be seen, involved and genuinely make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Come and lead the team, bring the House to life and help us create the magic.

Welcome Home.
