Your purpose:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and general upkeep of the Kitchen, following the cleaning schedule.
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery and kitchen-wear is washed as required.
- Operate and clean dishwashers correctly.
- Clean any heavy equipment as directed.
- Clean fridges as required.
- Remove all kitchen waste and store in the correct area.
- Assist with basic preparation of salads, vegetables and stocks.
- Ensure the Kitchen area is left secure at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a high cleanliness in all team areas: canteen, changing rooms and toilets.
Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
