We’re looking for a Group Head of Marketing who brings creativity, energy and a strong sense of brand to everything they do. Someone who leads with confidence and clarity, inspiring their team and partners to create campaigns that truly connect and deliver results. This is a role for someone who enjoys shaping big ideas and turning them into meaningful experiences across our Clubs – from growing membership and driving events to elevating our food, drink and bedrooms. You’ll play a key part in building on our rebrand, working closely with senior leadership to bring our vision to life and drive continued growth across the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Rebranding Leadership: Oversee the successful implementation of the rebranding strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Campaign Development: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that support revenue targets for membership, private events, food and beverage and bedroom bookings. Campaigns should also focus on member retention and engagement.
- Agency Management: Actively manage the PR and digital agencies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, engagement across key demographics, and drive revenue through digital campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achievement of marketing ROI.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with club leadership and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or membership-driven sector.
- Strong understanding of branding strategies.

- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
