We think this is such a great opportunity for all you wine lovers.

This business is really established and super stable with a great and award-winning reputation.

It’s also Charlotte’s go-to spot to pick up a special bottle.

A brilliant role for someone looking for a gear shift in their career.

Running the shop, you would work 40 hours a week with no super early starts or really late finishes.

The locations all have a neighbourhood focus with loyal regulars and a great mix of traditional retail, private sales, events and hospitality.

You can have a drink and a nibble in all of the shops and fostering community with regulars and locals is super important in this role.

You would be in charge of looking after the store with a focus on cellar management and advising retail and hospitality guests.

There is an operational team in the business so lots of support if you’re a bit newer to the administrative aspects of management.

Events are a big part of the offering with regular tastings happen at every store and this is an area you could really drive and get involved with.

This role would be suited to people with WSET level 3 or equivalent but there is no requirement to have formal qualifications.

A strong base knowledge, curiosity and enthusiasm about the industry are the most important.
