Exciting opportunity to join world class guest chefs and cook in the outdoors this summer for a season. Lead a small team and cook for guests Thursday to Sunday mornings. This is a really exciting option for someone looking for a change this summer. Get put up in this gorgeous countryside estate and manage breakfast, lunch and dinner for Friday to Sunday staying guests.
Each Saturday a guest chef from somewhere exciting will join you to cook their food, so every week is like a stagiaire, learning from some of the best.
Responsibilities:- Cook for the summer only on this beautiful estate in Wiltshire.
- Lead a very small team in delivering a seasonal menu for the 20 or so guests.
- Work Thursday to Sunday lunchtime each week.
- Accommodation included.
- Beautiful surroundings with a well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen.
- Would really suit a couple or friends looking for a fun project to get out of London, but you still get to spend Sunday to Wednesday in your own home.
