Super diverse west country restaurant group with big ambitions and new openings afoot. London salaries with lots of flexibility. Gorgeous venues with beautiful interiors serving some of the best, locally sourced food around. An incredible relocation opportunity with significant growth potential.
An incredibly exciting and diverse restaurant group that is growing and looking for new leaders to help shape its next phase of growth. The business has a wide variety of offerings including dedicated events spaces, rooms available at some of the venues, and their own production kitchen which supports the entire operation with whole animal butchery and in-house bread production. The food varies from site to site, but provenance, seasonality, and working closely with local suppliers and producers are incredibly important.
The chefs make fresh pasta daily, work with whole animals which they butcher in-house, and open-fire cooking features heavily.
The Development Chef needs to be experienced working with similar, produce-focused style offerings and must understand the realities of ensuring dishes can be replicated by the teams on the ground while being ambitious in scope. There is an Executive Chef in the business, so menu development and team training will be the primary focus of the role. The Development Chef will focus on the business’s flagship site, with the production kitchen as their base.
We are looking for a Head Chef and a Development Chef alongside a General Manager. As this is a growing group, there is plenty of flexibility on the roles and salaries, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’re interested but perhaps don’t fit neatly into one of these three roles.
