This Site Manager role is perfect for someone ambitious, energetic, and ready to step up in a fast-paced QSR environment. You’ll be leading the team at a growing concept serving nutritious, feel-good lunches built around excellent British produce. The vibe is all about wholesome, nourishing food from hearty salads to vibrant bowls and fresh juices, all created with sustainability in mind.
It’s a brand that genuinely cares about doing things the right way, from sourcing to packaging, while building a loyal following along the way. As Site Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of it all, leading from the front, building a strong team, and keeping standards high. It’s hands-on, busy, and ideal for someone who thrives in these kinds of environments and knows how to keep things running smoothly.
You’ll take real ownership of the site, from team and culture to performance and customer experience. We’re looking for someone confident in quick service restaurants or high-volume restaurant settings, comfortable managing customisable menus, and ideally with experience opening or growing sites. Strong, practical leadership and great energy are key.
This new opening will operate Monday to Saturday, with around one Saturday shift per month.
