Incredibly value driven business - planning to source everything available in the café from the local area. This group is already known for excellence in the South West and have got some very exciting partnerships lined up for this opening. There is relocation support available. Driving is a must for this role. The site will be incredibly busy, with a very high footfall and you will manage it all.
This is a new opening planned for early 2027, the site will be close to a very busy travel route but will also act as something of a community hub for people that live nearby. The group behind this opening already run some of the best local pubs and restaurants and the same quality and attention to detail will be a huge focus here. Locality and provenance are guiding principles for sourcing in their existing pubs and restaurants and they hope to supply most of the café with produce from the local region.
There will also be a huge retail space/farm shop stocking some of the best produce and provisions around. Your role as GM will be to maintain the highest standards of produce and service and to ensure a spirit of abundance. Someone from a retail background or with QSR experience would be ideal for this role but it's really all about being an organised and slick operator.
