This role would work closely with the founder in London and the HR director, who is based in another country.
You would also spend a lot of time on site with the teams, being thoroughly embedded across the business.
This restaurant group are experienced and slick operators with huge ambitions for their London presence.
Site one has recently opened, and plans are firmly in place for site number two.
You would be a stand-alone people department in the region, ultimately looking after all things people for 3-4 sites.
With growth planned the initial focus of the role will be recruitment and onboarding and as you settle into the role L&D and culture will become further priorities.
You will be on hand to help resolve ER issues as they arise, will coach on the ground management on people strategy and will be involved in projects across the business.
This role would also assist the finance team with payroll.
This group has such energy and a real sense of playfulness.
You’ll need to be experienced from a similar role and comfortable with all of the slightly drier bit of the people piece but crucially someone that is dynamic and energetic and happy to be involved across the business, totally embedded with the teams rather than a distinct and separate office person.
