  • The Job

We're honoured to be working with one of London's most iconic culinary educators, we are looking for a new Teacher to join their team, bringing with them a wealth of experience from professional kitchens and an enthusiasm to share their skills and knowledge with budding chefs who are at the start of their culinary journey.

You don't need previous experience in an educational role, but at least 4/5 years of experience in professional kitchens and a well-rounded set of skills across all areas of the kitchen.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a clear, confident communicator who loves to train, teach and develop peoples' skills.

Day to day your role will involve a mix of prep, leading demos and classes, supporting the students' development as well as teaching theoretical cooking lessons as part of their professional courses.

This is a 40 hour per week role, Monday - Friday daytimes, with occasional evenings. 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, ideally to be taken outside of term time.
