We are looking for a Sous Chef to join this small team. You can be a junior or a sous, but ideally would be hungry to progress within 18 months as the founder would like to sit back and not be cooking on the pans as much, so he can focus on exciting new things.
This is a great job as you would work max 45 hours, and have your Sunday evenings off. But if you are full time, you would also get 2 weekends off a month.
