The events arm of a much-loved business known for outstanding food, already a slick operation that is growing. F/T 40hr week, most Sundays off. There is a strong focus on modern-British food with provenance and seasonality. The events team has excellent credentials and aims to deliver food as delicious as the restaurant, with a well-oiled operation ready to support growth in events and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef with the planning and delivery of events as the business grows, including weddings, off-site dinners, and corporate events.
  • Manage logistics on the day and in the pre-event phase, coordinating with freelancers and restaurant staff.
  • Assist with operations and delivery within the events team to ensure food quality aligns with restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure a smooth, efficient service and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling and roster coordination as part of a flexible, team-based approach.

Qualifications and Experience
