This listening bar is set to be a unique concept, bringing together the owners' shared love of music, food and hospitality.
After years of searching for the right site, and having worked at some exceptional places themselves, we cannot wait to see this vision come to life.
We’re looking for a brilliant Head Chef to join the team and embrace an authentic cuisine with a real focus on spice and fire.
A love of spice is essential, and experience working with spice would be a huge plus.
There'll be a charcoal grill at the heart of this brand-new open kitchen, and with an incredible list of suppliers already on board, it sounds like a dreamy kitchen to lead!
You’ll lead a team of 4–5 chefs and, alongside cooking for restaurant guests, you’ll also cook for the events.
There’ll be a lot of menu overlap, but previous experience running events and creating event menus will go a long way.
There’ll be plenty of support from the dynamic, fun and experienced owners.
What’s of utmost importance to them is finding someone who shares their passion and wants to play a key part in the success of this exciting new opening.
