Mon-Fri, lead events, PDR bookings, work on sales. Great role full of variety. 3 evenings in service a week hosting and briefing on guests - done by 8/9.

Responsibilities

  • Monday - Friday role with 2 admin days per week and 3 evenings in service with early finish.
  • Ideal for people in marketing, events and sales; lead this initiative.
  • Take ownership of the bookings, events and PDR sales.
  • There are plans to open up the restaurant space to corporate clients, so lead this growth and work on marketing and business growth.
