This West London catering company is looking for a Head Chef to join their small and ambitious team. The owner duo have a calm and kind approach, with a clear vision for the business and having worked in some excellent establishments themselves, they know what good looks like! They’re keen to find someone who can become a key part of the team and play an important role in the company’s continued success.
Previous events experience and a creative chef who shares their love for Italian and Mediterranean food and flavours is essential. Over the years, they’ve built excellent relationships with some really gorgeous venues across London. Weddings are very much their bread and butter, but they’re excited about branching out into other areas as the business grows, including hosting pop-ups in their gorgeous HQ site.
A genuine love for menu creation, developing new ideas, and being hands-on within a close-knit team is essential. Flooded with natural light, their HQ and kitchen space in West London is a unique spot to be working, and it’s close to the Elizabeth Line too, making the commute feasible from all over town.
Depending on the event calendar, this is typically a Tuesday-Saturday role with a 40-hour working week. There’s an understanding that the summer months may need some additional hours during busier periods, balanced by a little more downtime through the quieter winter months. Base salary of £45K + bonus.
