A much-loved South London neighbourhood café is looking for a Café Manager to join their small, passionate team. This family-run business has gone from strength to strength over the past few years, and the local community feels incredibly lucky to have such an excellent spot on their doorstep.
Due to increasing demand, this husband-and-wife duo are ready to expand and now need a Café Manager to support them by taking the reins. There will be plenty of support from these caring and passionate owners, as well as real scope for the role to grow with the business.
As the café operates entirely on table service and offers an exceptional food menu, we’re looking for someone with previous Retail Manager experience. They will also be opening a few evenings per month to host events and potential tastings, so a strong understanding and love of service is key.
From managing rotas and running the floor, to weekly reporting and light financial input, this is a really exciting role. This close-knit team is looking for someone who is calm, proactive, and genuinely committed to being part of the business. Everything is made in-house using excellent ingredients, with a strong emphasis on supporting small and local businesses.
This is a primarily daytime-only role. The café is currently open Wednesday to Sunday, 8am–4pm, offering a brilliant work-life balance.
