Natural wine focused role for intimate little romantic spot in Soho. Vibes are high, the wines flow, so need energetic & warm leaders who can motivate.

Overview

This group is known for being truly people and L&D focused. This bar is their sweet little spot in Soho that has an excellent cellar full of natural wines and iconic producers. It’s a nice change to have somewhere in Soho that is truly focused on wine above all else, but they do still serve excellent snacks and small plates.

Responsibilities

  • 47 hours a week, Sunday evenings off
  • Beautiful wine list for this wine focused bar, with excellent snack and small plates
  • Group that is focused on L&D through and through
  • A chance to lead a small team and run services
  • Great for RMs ready to step up!

About you

We are looking for an AGM/AM who is energetic, warm, a strong leader, organised, and above all has a great eye for attention to detail when it comes to wine service, and a great bit of wine knowledge. You must be pretty hot on your natural wines, but can be an RM who is keen to progress to their first AM role.
