Your purpose
As the Content & Social Media Executive at Home Grown, you will be at the forefront of shaping and amplifying the club's digital presence, engaging a community of forward-thinking professionals who are redefining what success looks like. Your role will be to create content that resonates with individuals who thrive on innovation, challenge the conventional, and seek to shape the future. You will combine storytelling with strategy, ensuring our social media and digital channels capture the essence of Home Grown, where ambition meets creativity, and business potential is unlocked.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to shape and execute a compelling content strategy across all key channels like social media, email, website, members portal, app & digital signage.
- Develop and implement a content mix that speaks to our audience and promotes key messages and offers for the club.
- Ensure brand consistency in terms of visual identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage social media community engagement, responding to members and followers to foster genuine connections.
- Oversee and update our social media platforms, website, member portal, app, and other digital communication tools.
- Drive email marketing initiatives, creating content that reflects the aspirations of our members while aligning with business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance, identifying key metrics and insights to inform strategy, drive engagement, and encourage participation in club events and initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports for the management team.
- Manage and update media library.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, and proactively pitch content ideas.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging opportunities to position Home Grown as a leading voice in business, creativity, and lifestyle.
- Remain within annual departmental budgets and plans.
About you
- Strong understanding of social media and email marketing with an understanding of wider digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and grow LinkedIn presence, using platform-specific strategies to engage with professionals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for social media, photography, and content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to edit content on Premier Pro, CapCut, Canva and Adobe suite.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
