We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of facilities, room rates, promotions and hours of operation to positively approach sales opportunities.
• Handle all guest enquiries and special requests to standard.
• Ensure the atmosphere of the Club complements the time of day/night: lighting, music, furniture.
• Use informed knowledge of menus to maximise revenue by making recommendations.
• Record sales transactions accurately; at end of the night, check till, float and complete cash up.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Report any faulty equipment or service‑ware.
• Ensure all areas are closed and secured at end of each night shift.
• Encourage and respond to guest feedback.
• Share business development ideas to achieve and surpass financial targets.
• Effective people systems management; keep rotas up to date per business levels.
• Accurate financial reporting, including bedroom revenue management, rate yielding, forecasting and sales opportunities.
• Daily accounting, cash handling and credit procedures; ensure compliance.
