- Supporting customers with promoting independence, encouraging them to carry out daily tasks.
- Working with a diverse range of customers who have experience homelessness with a variety of support needs including but not limited to mental/physical health, offending and substance misuse.
- Encouraging independence and celebrating wins.
- Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
- Working collaboratively to empower our customers.
