What you’ll do:
- Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop independence, achieve goals and support plans.
- Support customers with tasks such as budgeting, cooking, attending appointments.
- Support customers who may be in mental health crisis.
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for move-on into the community.
This role values your contribution and offers learning and development support from friendly colleagues.
You bring:
- Flexibility to work at short notice, selecting your own shifts.
- Confidence to work across different services, locations, and teams.
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
- Shift working – early, late, and night shifts over 7 days.
- Valid Enhanced DBS with Barring List (paid by us).
