Overview

Join Home Group, one of the UK's largest housing providers, as a Night Support Worker on our flexible bank. You will support customers with daily living tasks, mental health support, and goal setting while selecting shifts that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily living tasks to build independence and support their goals and aspirations.
  • Support customers with budgeting, cooking, attending appointments, and other daily activities.
  • Provide support for customers who may experience mental health crises.
  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
  • Help customers prepare for community move‑on and build independence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Flexibility to work short‑notice shifts and pick your next shift.
  • Confidence to work across different services, locations, or teams.
  • Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
  • Professional or personal experience caring for others.
  • Night shift eligibility with regular training and team meetings.
  • Enhanced DBS with barring list check (provided by employer).
