What you’ll do:

  • Supporting young people with daily tasks, including the completion of a Food Hygiene level 2 course.
  • Supporting young people to complete our tenancy accreditation scheme, the Home Achievement Programme.
  • Supporting Young People to appointments and if required advocate on their behalf.
  • Being creative planning activities at the service and in the community for young people to engage with.
  • Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
  • Working collaboratively to empower our young people.

You have:

  • Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
  • Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
  • Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
  • Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
  • Flexible hours. The service is staffed 7 days a week. Shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.
  • An Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
  • A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage.
