What you’ll do:
- Supporting young people with daily tasks, including the completion of a Food Hygiene level 2 course.
- Supporting young people to complete our tenancy accreditation scheme, the Home Achievement Programme.
- Supporting Young People to appointments and if required advocate on their behalf.
- Being creative planning activities at the service and in the community for young people to engage with.
- Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
- Working collaboratively to empower our young people.

You have:
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
- Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
- Flexible hours. The service is staffed 7 days a week. Shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.
