- Survey homes and planned works to spot issues early and keep quality high
- Manage site safety checks and make sure contractors follow the right controls
- Update systems with accurate data so we can plan programmes and understand stock

- You have
- Building surveying experience and can assess property condition issues
- Hold HNC, HND or degree in surveying
- Knowledge of repairs, construction and CDM
- Experience managing contractors and delivering safe, quality work
- Strong skills in producing clear technical reports for different audiences

- The practical bits
- You’ll work Monday to Friday
- You’ll work core hours between 9 and 5 with flexibility built in
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Welwyn Garden City office, with the rest working from home or out in your patch
- You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
- You need a basic DBS check that we pay for
